I’ve led strategic initiatives with hyperscalers like AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and Nvidia, driving co-sell success across SaaS, AI, and IT sectors. I’ve spent over a decade deep in the trenches, co-selling with hyperscalers, onboarding channel partners who vanish faster than post-sales support, and sitting through meetings where “strategic alignment” was repeated 17 times with zero alignment in sight.

From resellers and ISVs to GSIs and the not-so-glamorous Center of Excellence (yes, I’ve built a few that actually got used), I’ve helped companies build partner ecosystems that don’t just sit in a slide deck — they do stuff.

But somewhere along the journey, I noticed a pattern…
